A major product team at Microsoft needed to efficiently upgrade accessibility implementation across its products, including documentation for customers with low or no vision who use screen readers.
Resources Online provided a team of writers, testers, editors, and producers trained in the accessibility tools and settings available in a range of Microsoft products on the Windows, Android, and iOS platforms, along with the third-party screen readers used on these platforms. We worked closely with the Microsoft team to develop writing guidelines and templates, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all tasks for limited-vision users.
