Washington State Department of Health instituted rules requiring that all licensed health care providers in the State receive 6 hours of CME training on suicide prevention. Group Health / Kaiser Permanente needed to train many hundreds of their busy providers efficiently, using a curriculum that would achieve State approval.

Working closely with a Group Health / Kaiser Permanente team, Resources Online developed 6 hours of online training that met the standard developed by Washington State. We developed the content to run on our in-house behavioral health platform, CARE, a cloud-based (AWS) behavioral health platform. In addition to their own staff, Kaiser Permanente offered the course free to other health care professionals. Over 10,000 health care professionals completed the training and earned the CME certificate.
